Now I know why I haven't done pics on the blog since I got to my parents house. It took FOREVER. Here are tons and tons of what we've been doing this month. They are from newest to oldest. The reason we waited a week from closing to moving in is for me to have time to paint the girls rooms so we didn't have to deal with moving furniture around to do it.

Running in the empty house is a favorite activity. Maybe I should just sell all the toys and furniture......

I just put them in the media room for about 5 minutes while I was moving stuff around. We had a picnic lunch on the family room floor today while we were waiting on our blinds to be measured

We've been making crafts for the past couple weeks. We have a Haunted cookie house, Pumpkin Witch, Goblin and Spider. I am pretty sure I enjoyed all these activities more than E did.

The girls big deal on Saturdays is to go to Dunkin Donuts with Daddy. E went to a birthday party the night before and painted this canvas bag. I thought it turned out so great!

We went to Ore City to visit. The girls had lots of fun running around outside with the Madisons The girls going across the street to see the cows. Look at my little City Girl. She also came inside screaming at one point about a bug....I can't wait for the other 2 to figure that out and start chasing her around with them.

We have a house!

We closed on our new house Friday. Thanks to the bestest realtor in the world, Jamie. He put up with a lot of looking and calls in about short sales and it all finally paid off for us all. We have spent the weekend fixing up little things that needed to be taken care of. The house was built in 2007 but nobody has ever lived there so now it is like brand new :-) We had the base coats painted in the girls rooms on Saturday and now I'm just working on putting stripes up in E's room and one wall of harlequin diamonds in B's room. The girls spent several hours playing with a random box in the garage while I cleaned out junk and swept it up- it is amazing how something like that can entertain them for so long. E and I also had great fun playing hide n go seek and tag in the empty house. Berkley got in on the action too- I wish I had their little squeals of happiness on video it was adorable. Again no pictures, shockingly I haven't even taken many lately either. I'll have to work on that. Hopefully we'll have internet and such this weekend and I can post millions of pictures. We are so very excited to move in next Friday!
