We've officially hit the age of fashion around here. There are more wardrobe changes each day than a Cher concert. Its getting a little ridiculous.
Elliott's Rules of Fashion
Must wear a dress. Always. Not negotiable.
Needs her long coat for outside.
Needs to change into a short sleeve dress while inside.
Needs to change into a NEW winter dress if we leave again.
Hair can only be in a little ponytail or two little ponytails. Or a fit ensues.
Hair must be "Curly Shirley" do not straighten.
If mom insists on play clothes for the park, they are put on over/under dress.
I'm sure plenty more rules will be added. Boy am I glad I never got around to buying pants for this season. The kid is obsessed! As far as fashion problems for 3 year olds go, this one isn't so bad. At least she always looks nice. Yesterday I set out 3 outfits for her to wear, to let her choose but trying to encourage her to wear a few things that have hardly been worn. She didn't like any of my choices and proclaimed them all to be "Not cute".

That's hysterical! She does always look cute though. I guess you should be thankful she's not one of those kids who wants to wear the patterned pants with the mismatched shirt and the hair all tangled!
ha, ha...something I don't have to deal with (yet). Carter has protested some outfits that I saved from last year as "too babyish" and if we're shopping for new shirts, he tells me he won't wear something that he thinks is "not cool".
I love this post!!!She always looks super cute and put together which I think is wonderful! I wish Cassie cared that much. She would wear sweats all day everyday if I would allow it, and hates to have her hair brushed or fixed in any way, shape, or form.
This is too funny! That kid cracks me up. It's always something with her and you tell the stories so well :)
