Most afternoons you can find us outside with our neighbors. We have had lots of kids move in all around our kids ages and we all love to play outside. Berkley's favorite is our new neighbor Owen. He is an older man- by a year. She used to not be very into going outside with us and when she did she didn't play much with the other kids. In fact one of the other little boys that just turned 2, Charlie is always trying to talk to her and play with her and she won't give him the time of day. Owen moved in and now she loves playing outside. If she hears he's out there she'll go no matter what she's doing.
They ride around in his little jeep in a circle for a good hour most days. Bits and pieces of conversation I've caught involve something about him making her dress up clothes and what they've done that day. It is too cute! A few days ago she had a new dress on- we're walking over and she tells me
"Owen will like my new dress"
Me: I am sure he will, is he your prince?
B: Yes, he is very handsome
How cute is that?
